We take your privacy very seriously and we will comply with the following commitments to you our user:

We will not use your email or other addresses for any purpose other than those clearly stated on the page where the email address was entered, or any other purpose or purposes that you have affirmatively accepted at a later date. We will not sell your address information for marketing purposes to any other company.

We use cookies solely for the technical purposes of managing your session and registration information with our website. We also have affiliations with partners such as Garmin, Strava, and Azure who may use cookies for purposes outlined in their own Privacy Policies.

We do not release information about you to anyone, unless required to do so by a properly served court order or subpoena.

We use services from the following companies:

• Microsoft Azure: Personal data stored.
• Garmin: Authentication information stored if user chooses to link account. Workouts and schedules can be retrieved and updated, activities can be retrieved for analysis and trending.
• SendGrid: Personal data may be shared for the sole purpose of sending an email to the user.

In order to start using Workout.RUN, you need to sign up and create an account. In this step you provide us with information such as your name, and email address. We use this personal data (account data) so that you can log in to Workout.RUN, to personalize the service and so that we know how to address you when we contact you.

When you connect a third-party provider, like Garmin, you allow us to retrieve and store information from their service on your behalf including your profile information on the third-party service in order to fill and update your Workout.RUN profile. You also allow us to process activity data from those third parties.

We process your activity data such as your tracked route, and other information you add to the activity to analyze your activities and maintain workouts.

We may also use anonymized aggregated data to create additional features within our service.

If you wish to stop using our services and want all your personal data to be deleted, please click on the Delete my account link on your Settings page.
